Questions
- What happens when the trial ends, or I stop paying?
- The account locks and nothing is deleted. You can still view, export and erase your data; forms stop taking new answers until you subscribe.
- What happens if I go over my limit?
- Responses are stored, never rejected.
- I only need a form once a year.
- Subscribe to Starter for the month you need it, then cancel. Your data is kept for 12 months after the plan lapses.
